I am looking for a 3.5 ton gas pack with a 15 or 16 SEER rating. It would be beneficial to have this option available, as it seems there is a need for such units, despite the historical lack of demand. Offering this could cater to specific requirements for properties managed by companies like Invitation Homes or Lessen.

I would like to have low profile upflow coils, similar to those offered by Carrier, available on the Sibi platform. The current multi-position coils are too long for attic applications when used in upflow configurations. Having shorter upflow coils would greatly benefit our installations.

I need to download a report of our orders that includes specific fields such as Job Info # and a description of the items ordered. Having this feature would greatly assist in managing and reviewing our order details efficiently.

Need an option to deliver Granite slabs to fabricator not the house where it will be ultimately installed.

I'm currently unable to find the part number PL48H175P15935, an ADP 4 ton horizontal Plenum coil, in the system. It would be extremely helpful if this could be added as soon as possible, as it's crucial for me to finish a job tomorrow.

I need HVAC security cages, but they are not currently offered through Sibi. It would be beneficial if these could be added to the platform, as it would streamline the purchasing process for installers who rely on Sibi for their needs.

It would be greatly appreciated if MSR could keep a log of orders that have been canceled, whether by the resident or by MSR's end. This would help in tracking and managing order cancellations more effectively.

Everything is going great, but it would be beneficial if you could bring other distributors on board. Currently, Baker seems to be overwhelmed with orders and doesn't stock materials out of the Richmond, VA location.
