It would be greatly appreciated if MSR could keep a log of orders that have been canceled, whether by the resident or by MSR's end. This would help in tracking and managing order cancellations more effectively.

Everything is going great, but it would be beneficial if you could bring other distributors on board. Currently, Baker seems to be overwhelmed with orders and doesn't stock materials out of the Richmond, VA location.

An order was placed that needs to be canceled due to services not being available, changes in scheduling, etc. and I need the ability to cancel an order through Sibi.

In general, SIBI is a great system, but there are discrepancies in equipment availability. It would be great if there was a way to have a middleman or at least a method to update live inventory, so it accurately reflected what distributors currently have in stock. To verify the accuracy of what is listed on the platform, a call must be made to the distributor which unfortunately does not eliminate the need to contact them entirely. Real-time updates on what's available and what’s not would be great! As a result, the ordering process would be smoother and faster, which would be beneficial over time.

As a user, I have property addresses in my account that we no longer service. I would like to have the ability to delete these inactive property addresses to keep my account clean and organized.

I'm currently unable to find the part number PL48H175P15935, an ADP 4 ton horizontal Plenum coil, in the system. It would be extremely helpful if this could be added as soon as possible, as it's crucial for me to finish a job tomorrow.

I'm having some trouble tracking my orders. It would be really helpful if, after every purchase, the sales order number could be automatically sent to us. This would streamline our process and make it easier to manage our orders. Thanks!
