"We currently receive a plethora of Sibi updates in our escalations Que each day due to the delivery company has advised of an issue. When we receive these emails, we review each one.
This month we have received 154 emails advising that there were issues with the delivery/installation. Of the 152 only 31 had an issue the remainder were delivered and installed as expected.
The information in the emails sent to our escalations Que can be confusing or contain limited/incorrect information.
This makes it extremely difficult when trying to provide the customer an update.
