Just a rando thought (scope creep, i know :) Do they use an LDAP, Active Directory or better yet, an Okta type service to manager users internally at Cinch? If they did, we could actually offload and automate user management based on their internal access controls. Probably doesn't make sense to build out for ONE customer, but something to keep an eye on
