Can't find products on site

When I make these orders I always need additional items that I can't find on your site. I either have to make a call to the branch after I order to make a 2nd order or my tech has to place a second order at the counter when he arrives. Either way it's an extra step and time lost especially if I ask my tech to do it because he typically has to wait in a line to be helped.

HVAC Parts on the platform

Email from Kristy Gallegos at A/C Doctors in AZ:
"Just a quick question regarding ordering for parts on Sibi. This instance is specifically for a compressor. We use to call and they would just put the parts under the Sibi account. We are not able to pull up parts under the sibi platform. When we order, do we just order those under the Sibi account on the Goodman website? I just want to make sure that we are using the correct procedure."
We're losing these sales to the Goodman counter, or to 3rd party distros because the part they need is either not offered on tech, or it's hard to find

Not All Parts Are Available

Parts not being easily accessible. So I know we have this issue before for some reason that for example yesterday I went onto a platform I had to order two coils for indoor units and unfortunately none of the part numbers were on the website listed on the website.
coils were listed like the section where the coils was specifically listed, but those coils in particular were not on the website.
I was like maybe if I change the branch that it's being bought out that would help. No, that did not kind of make it any easier.
And so I figured I recall specifically having to reach out to the city supporting in the past in regards to parts that was missing and then going and manually adding it.
But also in the midst of all that chaos I had to place an order for two coils, but we also wanted to purchase a convincing unit to do an emergency install the same day.
And weren't able to really order that convincing unit and get that done efficiently because someone had to go in manually and add the coils to the part and I until I was done doing those purchases in order to even proceed with purchasing the convenience.

Can't find parts on our platform, buys parts off of Sibi

Kent shops for parts when he's out and about, and doesn't get them on Sibi. He actually keeps a list for inventory of the parts he has on-hand and buys more as-needed: https://fathom.video/share/h/Ddx-9xqi9jgbALTn-a9Apz8xT5sd8gaJ

"Does Sibi have access to supplies as well? Ive had to put in separate orders directly with Goodman instead of adding onto the same order for supplies. For Example concrete pad, adapter for package units, heaters for package units, etc"

Website is easy to follow, but it would be great if there were additional dropdowns to direct to specific pieces. As an example, I do not know the specific model number of an evaporator coil but I know I need a 3 ton and 21" wide. How can you search with those parameters? Same goes with a furnace...I need 120,000 80% 21" wide. With Goodman switching to new model numbers I am unclear of which one to search so I have to go into each one to see what's available. I hope that makes sense.
