Discrepancies in Availability Between Sibi and the Branch

In general, SIBI is a great system, but there are discrepancies in equipment availability. It would be great if there was a way to have a middleman or at least a method to update live inventory, so it accurately reflected what distributors currently have in stock.
To verify the accuracy of what is listed on the platform, a call must be made to the distributor which unfortunately does not eliminate the need to contact them entirely. Real-time updates on what's available and what’s not would be great! As a result, the ordering process would be smoother and faster, which would be beneficial over time.

Sometimes Sibi shows availability data that is inconsistent with what availability branches actually have. Sometimes this is due to on-hand availability issues, other times this is due to branches not updating their availability. Additionally, users have stated that there can be moments where the Goodman site reflects different availability than our own, although we have not confirmed this.
