GE Service Codes are confusing

We only want Install and Disposal, everything else is noise.
We’d rather overpay by accident than deal with a delivery agent not fulfilling the job and wasting time.

Just let me control if I need to purchase Install, Disconnect, Disposal and handle the rest.

Requirements for GE Labor Services Unclear

I tried to order disposal of some older appliances that were being replaced through GE, but because I didn't have the appliances disconnected the GE contractors refused to provide the disposal service. The result was paying for a service I didn't get, and a need to call my own contractors to dispose of the appliances.
I want to use GE labor services because they are so well priced. But I'm afraid to because of the bad experience I had when I first tried them. Sibi should provide more documentation on what is required for these services to be fulfilled correctly.
